Gossip Girl and Twilight star dated years ago but are giving things a second chance. Should you date your Ex? When is it a case of realizing you threw in the towel too soon and when is it just another ride on the merry-go-round of love?

No dating the ex! There is no such thing as throwing the towel in too soon. That’s if there were real feelings of a love connection at the basis, and when other things weren’t right people tend to keep trying until it’s fixed or work out it can’t be fixed, quitting appropriately timely or often having tried too long with the same result. Over is over unless one or the other is playing games or resuming a friends with benefits relationship in a mutual dry spell.
